Session Meeting

The Session is the governing body of a Presbyterian congregation. Elders are elected to the Session for a three-year term, and may serve two consecutive terms before taking at least one year off. The Pastor is the Moderator, and the Clerk of Session keeps the minutes of Session meetings and congregational meetings, as well as the records and rolls of the congregation. The Session at Mt. Hope consists of six Elders. |
