Our Organist
 Our gifted and faithful organist at Mt. Hope is Doreen
Denstad. On
Sunday mornings she is there to get us started, to help
us sing our
hymns and to praise the Lord through music. Doreen has
been serving as
our organist for over 10 years.
Mt. Hope has a tradition of long-serving organists.
Elizabeth Beardmore
served as organist at Mt. Hope for over forty years,
taking the place of
Agnes Bellows who had been organist for many years in
the early days of
the congregation. Hazel Beardmore was organist from
1935 to 1948, and
Ella Hartley from 1948 to 1971.
